No I will not allow a tenant to rent a property they cannot afford. The guarantor acts as a guarantee is the tenant defaults, it does not extend their credit or affordability more.

I have one house and one tenant, but I’m going to send an anniversary e mail and also if I have a new tenant will take a leaf out of your book.
